Bill will speak on the subject of his book, Change to Chains. In the nearly 6,000 years of recorded human history, POWER, like gravity, seems to inevitably concentrate into the hands of ONE individual. When power is concentrated, the State is supreme. When power is separated, the individual is supreme. America's founders had a unique window of opportunity to maximize the freedom and opportunity of the individual. Come join us!
There is no cost to attend this presentation and free refreshments will be served after the meeting. The RMCF library will be available at the meeting and is free to all RMCF members.
